The service

KYC Account Empire sells KYC-verified accounts for third-party platforms — including social media platforms, crypto exchanges, payment gateways, banks, and business banking services — through kycempire.shop. By placing an order with us, through this site or our Telegram or WhatsApp channels, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received and confirmed on our side. Transactions are escrow-backed until account handover when an escrow arrangement is agreed for the order. Prices are shown on each product page in our directory and may change over time; the price confirmed at order time applies to that order.

Delivery

Accounts are delivered digitally, with encrypted delivery of credentials and documents. If delivery of an order is delayed, we will tell you and you may ask for an alternative product or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Every purchase is backed by our 30-day replacement guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy. In short: if a delivered account is invalid on delivery or fails at first access through no fault of yours, we replace it, and a refund is available if no suitable replacement can be provided.

Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use any account after delivery, including complying with the terms of the platform the account belongs to and with the laws that apply to you. The guarantee covers the state of the account at delivery and first access; it does not cover restrictions a platform imposes because of how an account is used afterwards.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase from us.

Availability and changes

Product availability, pricing, and these terms may change over time. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. We may update this page, with the date of the last update shown above.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Site content is provided for information only and is not financial advice.
