Your identity stays yours: we do not ask buyers for identity documents, and we retain zero PII beyond what you choose to share with us. In practice we handle only your messages on Telegram or WhatsApp (including your username or phone number on those platforms), the details of the order you place, and its payment confirmation.
How we use it
We use what you share only to answer your enquiries, fulfil and deliver your order, provide warranty and after-sales support, and keep basic records of completed transactions. Delivery of credentials and documents is encrypted.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to complete your order — for example with an escrow provider you have agreed to use — or where required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep order and conversation records only as long as needed for support, warranty, and record-keeping. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you and request its deletion, and we will action privacy requests sent through our normal contact channels.
